HOW THE CLUB4 AT HEATHERGATE WORKS
Club4 at Heathergate offers an exclusive opportunity to own a quarter share in a luxury holiday lodge, providing the benefits of full ownership without the full investment. Unlike a timeshare scheme, Club4 members actually own their share of the lodge with the added benefit of resale value. You’ll enjoy all the perks and facilities of full ownership, including access to the lodge and its amenities, while sharing costs with three other like-minded families.
The rotation system ensures fair access throughout the year, with each owner having a designated week. The schedule begins on 1st March, with the first week allocated to Owner A, the second to Owner B, the third to Owner C, and so on. Key dates, including peak season weeks like July and August, are distributed fairly across the members, ensuring every owner gets an equal opportunity to enjoy the lodge. With Club4, you get a premium holiday experience with minimal commitment, offering the perfect blend of luxury and flexibility.
Each season starts on 1st March, with owner A having access for the first week, owner B the second week, owner C the third week and so on, with July and August allocated on a fortnightly basis.

ANNUAL CHARGE FOR THE CLUB4 OWNERS
We have calculated the running costs for each share of the holiday home, including handling the management of the weekly allocations, cleaning and housekeeping between visits, utilities, insurance, maintenance and service costs, use of all the facilities, and want to ensure that there are no surprise. This means that there are NO hidden extras!
The monthly management fee covers all of the costs associated with your shared ownership at Heathergate. There are NO Hidden Extras!!
A GREAT WAY TO ‘TEST THE WATER’
Owning a quarter share of a Holiday Home as a Club4 member is a great way to “test the water” before committing to an outright purchase.
If you do decide on outright purchase of your own Holiday Home, we’ll guarantee to buy back your quarter share, at current market value, any time during the four-year ownership period.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Weekly changeover commences on a Friday so that you have use of the Holiday Home for the complete weekend.
It is during this changeover that the Heathergate standard of service shines through and makes the whole scheme viable.
Before the next owner arrives we clean and maintain the Home and thoroughly check and attend to any maintenance requirements.
In addition to this, the homes are fully valeted at various times throughout the year. You can be assured that your luxury lodge will remain in first-class condition for the full term of your ownership – a very important consideration.
