Access Statement

Our holiday park has 87 privately-owned holiday homes with 6 sub-let for holidays, 14 Seasonal Touring pitches and a touring and camping field. Our park is split onto 3 different levels with ramp access to each. All Holiday home and Seasonal touring plots have nearby parking and stone chipping paths leading to them. Holiday Homes and Seasonal Tourer vans can be accessed by either two or three steps with integral handrail. UPVC ramps and platforms with a non-slip surface can be specified as an alternative. Our Touring and camping pitches are situated on an incline and comprise of well-maintained grass and are accessible via a tarmac road and compressed stone chip path.

For the safety of our guests, we have a 5mph speed limit throughout the park and one way system in operation. The road is primarily tarmac with car-parks of stone chipping’s.

We can supply a choice of Holiday Home models for purchase which are designed for wheelchair access and limited mobility. Brochures with full specifications are available on request through our Sales office.

Our main complex comprising of Swimming Pool, Spa and Gym facilities, Reception, Sales Office and The S Club is situated on the ground level of the park and is easily accessible. There is parking directly opposite our main complex facilities with a special assessable WC and changing facility. Our Launderette and Touring shower/toilet block is situated on the upper level of the park and can be accessed by way of ramps and also comprises of a private special accessible WC and Shower room.

Taxi services with ramped access can be arranged through reception in advance, or by using the details provided in our Owners Information Pack or Welcome Booklet. Wheelchairs can also be arranged for you from the local branch of the British Red Cross, normally for a donation to their funds, but please give us plenty of advance notice of your requirements.

Assistance dogs are welcomed on the park and there is a designated dog exercise area and meadow walk situated on an incline at the top of the park and accessible via a tarmac and compressed stone chipped road.

The park enjoys good coverage of all mobile phone networks and free customer WIFI is available in the main complex.

We have a resident Manager on park and a designed warden service in operation 24 hours a day.

Access Statement

Our holiday park has 41 privately-owned caravan holiday homes sited on level ground with adjacent parking and a paved path leading to the Holiday Homes. Caravans are accessed by either two or three steps with integral handrail. UPVC ramps and platforms with a non slip surface can be specified as an alternative.

For the safety of our guests, we have a 5mph speed limit throughout the park and a one-way system. The road is tarmac.

We can supply a choice of Caravan Holiday Home Models for purchase which are designed for wheelchair access and limited mobility. Brochures with full specifications are available on request.

There is parking opposite our facilities suite. The WC, launderette, Reception, Gymnasium and Recycling compound can be accessed on the level. The Park operates a small shop and can arrange delivery of bread milk and groceries to Private Holiday Homes Owners requiring assistance. We can also arrange to uplift refuse from your Holiday Home.

We have a customer lounge which are accessed by one step. For those needing assistance, please call our Reception in advance and we will endeavour to provide any necessary help.

A public telephone kiosk is available 24 hours a day and we have a good coverage of all mobile phone networks. We also have a resident warden who is available overnight in cases of emergency.

80 privately-owned caravan holiday homes populate the park, sited on gravel bases with adjacent parking and paved paths leading to their entrances. Caravans are accessed by either two or three steps with integral handrail. UPVC ramps and platforms with a non slip surface can be specified as an alternative.

• For the safety of our guests, we have a 5mph speed limit throughout the park and a one-way system. The road is tarmac throughout the whole park.

• We can supply a choice of Caravan Holiday Home Models for purchase which are designed with wheelchair access and limited mobility in mind. Brochures with full specifications are available on request.

• Limited parking is available adjacent to our main office suite. The WC, Reception & Owners Lounge can be accessed from ground level. The Park operates a small shop and can arrange delivery of bread milk and groceries to customers requiring assistance. We can also arrange to uplift refuse from your Holiday Home.

• We have one customer lounge which is accessed by one step. For those needing assistance, please call our Reception in advance and we will endeavor to provide any necessary help.
