Springhouse Boutique Holiday Home Park offers luxurious yet affordable holiday lodges. We have a range of semi-retired retired couples and families that enjoy the park. All are truly respectful of both the place itself and the other owners. 

On the park we have a state-of-the-art lounge bar and bistro, and, for the kids, a large play area with modern climbing frames and zip line. There are regular activities put on for our owners and all are welcome. The site also includes a shop & off license, as well as a launderette and a book & CD library.

Many of our owners enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding forests, with great walking and cycling routes available. Explore the exceptional towns of Hexham and Corbridge nearby. If you and your family love nature, relaxation, fun and a peaceful setting then Springhouse is perfect for you. 

Our team of park staff will ensure that the grounds are never anything less than immaculate so you can take a stroll and admire the wonderful array of flowers and plants. The Holiday Park is a gated community and is pet friendly so why not bring your dog! And if it’s peace and tranquillity you’re looking for then why not relax and unwind in the owners’ Bellamy Lounge, where complimentary tea and coffee is served.

Springhouse Country Park is a beautiful countryside retreat nestling in a peaceful and picturesque forest which boasts a magnificent depth of wildlife and a variety of breathtaking scenic walks. Springhouse is the perfect place for you to relax and experience holiday home ownership. 

You could spend every visit simply relaxing on the Holiday Park. But there’s so much to see and do on your doorstep too! Picturesque Hexham is your nearest town, approximately two miles away. Hexham was voted Britain’s favourite market town by Country Life magazine, and winner of two categories in the prestigious Royal Horticultural Society’s Britain in Bloom competition. 

Its magnificent abbey was founded in 674AD and it is an interesting mix of historic buildings, enticing streets, lively independent shops and High Street retailers. The world-famous Hadrian’s Wall is just five miles away, steeped in history and perfect for exploring and hiking. 

You’ll enjoy meandering around Hexham, browsing bookshops and boutiques, and you might pick up a bargain at the antiques fair. There are also plenty of places to pick up your day-t-o day necessities or perhaps something special. 

An ancient Abbey, a Moothall and Old Gaol are just a few of the buildings which reveal Hexham’s history. Lying in the long shadow of Hadrian’s Wall and the Scottish border, the town has borne witness over the centuries to a variety of extraordinary and sometimes bloody events. Hexham Abbey (a former Priory) dominates the Market Place.

The Lounge Bar & Bistro

On the park we have a newly refurbished, delightful onsite bistro called ‘The Lounge Bar & Bistro.’ Come and enjoy the fabulous atmosphere, food and drinks for a welcoming family experience. The opening times during seasons March 1st – October 31st are as follows; Open Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday for food and drinks/Open Thursday for drinks / Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

Children’s Play Area

Springhouse Boutique Holiday Home Park is home to a large play area for the kids with modern climbing frames and a zip line. There’s also a mini football pitch for children to create fabulous holiday memories in.

Gym

Many of our owners enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding forests with great walking and cycling routes available, as well as the discovery of exceptional nearby towns such as Hexham and Corbridge. But if you’ve exhausted the walking and cycle routes and want to work out closer to your holiday home then check out our gym facilities which are open 24/7. The gym includes rowing machines, treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and weights. Get ready to pump some iron!

Book & DVD Library

Springhouse is host to our very popular DVD and book library exchange at head office. Do you want to find out ‘who put baby in the corner’ or discover what it means when The Godfather says; ‘I’m going to make you an offer you can’t refuse’? With dozens of books and DVDs up-for-grabs you can plan movie nights in the evenings and put your feet up after a long day’s stroll.

Shop & Launderette

Owners don’t have to look too far to find a shop and off-licence which are both on-site. The shop provides all your day-to day essentials and if it’s practicalities you’re looking for, we also boast an on-site launderette for those holiday homes without a washer/dryer.
